The Alouette River Management Society is here to bring your child’s favorite games, hobbies, and outdoor activities to life. ARMS specializes in environmental education and is committed to redirecting children back to nature and outdoor play. We encourage teamwork, creativity, independence, leadership and building new friendships.
Survivor Camp!
Description: Challenges abound in this fun and active camp. Campers will learn how to outwit, outlast, and outplay as they make a shelter, forage for edible food and participate in reward challenges. Modelled after the long-running series, in Survivor camp, small teams will use their wits to succeed through a variety of individual reward challenges. Campers will learn how to build a shelter, purify water, solve puzzles, complete obstacle courses and much more. This will be an active, all outdoors camp, so bring your energy and imagination! Our camps are led by caring and enthusiastic counsellors in a small-group setting in ALLCO Park.
Price: $180 per 1-week registration Ages: 5 – 8 years old
Number of sessions: 5 total sessions; 1 full week registration
Dates: Monday March 15 – Friday March 19, 2021 Times: 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day
Location: Allco Park (24959 Alouette Road) Ample free parking for drop-off and pick-up. Please observe speed limits on the driveway in/out.
COVID-19 Safe: Maximum of 12 children per camp. All programs will be outdoors for the entire camp session. Some activities take place under picnic shelters. 1 pit toilet available in Allco Park. No equipment will be provided, all campers must self-sufficient, bring their own water bottle, nut-free lunch and snacks, hand sanitizer, clothing suitable for any weather and spare dry clothing is a must.

Description: What a better way to spend Spring Break than by learning enchantments at Wizard school? Each session will lead to clues to solve that day’s mystery adventure. A fun, active, educational adventure! Your child will have fun in nature through hands-on exploration of Allco Park, nature games, storytelling & songs, animal tracking, discovering mud, bugs, water, plants and animals, learning about wild edible plants, creative play and wild adventure! Nothing will go unnoticed by our explorers! Compassionate educators who encourage each child’s respect for self, others and nature in a beautiful setting by the South Alouette River led by our super-Eco camp guide Dan Mikolay.
