2020 is the 27th anniversary of Ridge Meadows Rivers Day! The Alouette River Management Society, like many other non profits, is learning how to celebrate differently this year in the wake of COVID-19. This year, on the fourth Sunday of September (September 27th 2020), we are celebrating BC Rivers Day by hosting a physically distant river clean up. Throughout the summer the Alouette River undergoes a lot of recreational use and we saw this shift in our way of celebrating a great way to give back. We hope that you take this day to get outside and enjoy nature with friends and family safely and respectfully.
