It’s Minecraft – It’s Pokemon! It’s both! Whether your child is into Minecraft or Pokemon or both they will love this fun and exciting camp filled with many activities to keep them learning, playing, and making friends. Themed activities, ecological learning, and exploration through nature! Kids will develop practical skills and confidence through guided personal-best challenges and discovery while developing a deep appreciation of the great outdoors.

What to expect at Pixelmon Camp!
Nature
Your kids will enjoy the benefits of the outdoors by participating in a number of land-based activities. This includes spending a portion of time down at Allco Park underneath the canopy of coniferous trees and surrounding by native plants. Along with enjoying our sports fields and the beautiful nature surrounding our Rivers Heritage Centre.
Arts & Crafts
Imagination and creativity is always flowing at camp. We provide lots of opportunities for kids to express their creativity through hands on arts and crafts. Some of the activities include: creating drawings, music, charade’s, bracelet making, sculptures, clay creations, slime and more!
Water
We are incredibly lucky to be so close to the Alouette River and have access to it through Allco Park. The kids will have opportunities to learn about the water cycle, the salmon that call it home and what they eat aka benthic invertebrates (bugs). We also try to always incorporate a water day during summer camp to keep the kids cool and refreshed, which is also one of the most loved activities!
Science
At each camp we make a diligent effort to make education fun and engaging for the kids. From learning about how to collect and extract DNA from plants, to learning how to identify fingerprints, solving riddles and puzzles, identifying plants and animal tracks, and lots more. Your kids will have no shortage of education mixed with all of their favourite things!
