Camp Volunteers
Volunteer as a spring break or summer break camp counselor for a week! All volunteer hours can be used toward school credits. Do you like children? Love to make crafts, play games and sports and want to spend time honing your leadership skills? This is the place for you! We do 3 camps every year, one during spring break, and one in July and one in August. Themes are different each week-if planning is your thing, you can join our camp planning committee. All our camps are outdoors, and we like to bring in skills like orienteering, basic survival skills, wildlife identification and safety, fishing and more. We would love it if you would join our team!
Office Volunteers
We constantly need office helpers. There is basic data entry and filing, and many other opportunities for those with computer skills. All volunteer hours can be used toward school credit. Call us for more details.
Stewardship Volunteers
Join our stewardship team as we find fry and salmon in our streams and rivers. Learn how to identify the 6 different salmon found in our area. Learn how to test water for quality, identify local plants and invasive plants, help clean our streams and record your findings! All information learned is important and is sent used for research for us at ARMS and the department of Fisheries and others. A great way to learn about the ecology in our area! All hours are good for class credits.
