Jack Emberly is a Maple Ridge writer, award winning journalist, and educator (M.Educ. UBC) who has who taught throughout B.C. For the last 7 years he wrote a social/environmental column – Along the Fraser, Maple Ridge News. The subject matter closest to his heart these days is endangered wild B.C. salmon which he hopes we will all speak out for in their time of greatest need.
